Upon return of the goods, the money will be refunded minus the price of the wear parts. Improperly used, damaged goods that have lost their aesthetic appearance will not be returned.

Bad quality

After purchasing a product of incorrect quality, the Buyer has the right to return it within 7 (seven) working days from the date of delivery of the product. In this case, the defective product will be replaced free of charge or the money paid will be refunded to the Buyer.

Daiktų grąžinimas vyksta vadovaujantis 2001 m. birželio 29 d. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the established procedure for returning the goods.

The Seller will pick up the returned goods in Vilnius on working days from 10.00 to 17.00 and it will not cost the Buyer anything. In other cities, the Buyer sends the goods to him in the most convenient ways, the Seller does not refund the shipping price.

The amount paid shall be refunded no later than 15 days after signing the refund form. Amounts paid for the delivery of goods are not refunded to the Customer.

Warranty

All e-cigarettes come with a 1-year warranty. If the product breaks during the warranty period, the repair is free of charge.

General warranty conditions

The warranty is valid from the date of sale of the device, unless the contract provides otherwise.

The warranty includes free repair of the technical equipment of the device, replacement with a new device that is not inferior to the technical characteristics during the warranty period. E-shop earomatas.lt reserves the right to refuse to apply the warranty if the instructions for use of the device are violated. When the seller replaces an item or its component within the specified warranty period, the new item or component is subject to a continuous warranty period.
